Excited and frusterated at same time

Why, you may be asking.  Well, last weekend I overate and gained 5 pounds, yes 5 frickin pounds.  So all this week I have been making up for it and as of this morning I have lost 4.5 of that.  Wow, yes, that is pretty good but imagine if I hadn't gained all that how much I would be down.  Lesson (I better frickin) learn. 

So, as I am coming up to a weekend we shall see how much I have actually learned :)

Just realized that this is my 100th blog entry!  Wow

  2. we all have those weekends and guess what it will probably happen again in the future but as long as you learn (yep I said it) from those times you will be just fine. Keep on truckin!

  3. There is no way you actually gained five pounds over the weekend. A pound is 3,500 calories so to gain five of them, you'd have to eat an extra 17,500 calories. What you saw was from too much sodium or a water weight gain. Drink lots of water and you'll be back to normal in no time.

    It does mess with your head to see a gain like that, doesn't it?
